Two differents cabinets

1972

This wardrobe is made of Santos Palisander veneer on the outside (Pau Ferro in Brazil) and finished with a green satin lacquer inside. Sold exclusively in the Habitart shop in Porto Alegre, its style is a new interpretation of the 70’s design.

With retractable doors, the wardrobe can be used as a display cabinet. I hold this piece dear to my heart because it was my first creation done in Brazil and I named it after my year of birth.

Measurements are 1.52m high x 0.73m width x and 0.51m deep.

Chest of Drawers

I created this chest based on the requirements from one of my customer Mercado Negro Antiguidades, where it can be purchased along with some other pieces I’ve designed. This piece combines aestheticism and functionality, and once you pull open the door, you will discover 7 drawers, one for each day of the week. The bird and butterflies inlays are inspired by 18th century style, made of solid and veneer Ipe wood. This marquetry is made of 15 different types of timber.
